Made from perforated neoprene, and weighing only 2 ounces, it features a hook and loop attachment that ensures that it will stay in place. It is designed to provide enhanced capability to law enforcement officers and operators in high-threat environments. The ATH can be worn directly over a high top boot or on the ankle.
